Portal to Bitcoin is a non-custodial, cross-chain Bitcoin infrastructure protocol designed to enable native BTC usage across decentralized ecosystems. Its goal is to make Bitcoin programmable and interoperable without relying on wrapped assets or centralized bridges, opening the door for secure DeFi, trading, and applications built directly around BTC.

At Portal, I lead community and ecosystem development for this infrastructure layer. My role sits between growth, operations, and partnerships: building scalable community systems, coordinating large multi-team initiatives, and turning complex technical products into something people can understand, trust, and actively engage with.

During my time at Portal, I helped grow the ecosystem to over one million users and supported large-scale launches, including a testnet phase that resulted in more than eleven million on-chain transactions. I built and operated engagement systems with tens of millions of user actions, scaled one of the largest Discord communities in Web3, and established global support and moderation workflows. Alongside this, I worked closely with BD and product teams—preparing proposals, running demos, supporting integrations, and representing the project at major industry events. I also contributed to achieving Top-1 Kaito mindshare at TGE, strengthening the project’s market visibility and listing momentum.
