At Rafa.ai, I led community growth and engagement for an AI-driven Web3 product. My role combined community leadership with hands-on marketing and campaign execution, closely mirroring the scope of work I later carried at Portal to Bitcoin.

I was responsible for building and scaling the community from the ground up, designing engagement mechanics, onboarding flows, and communication systems. I worked across marketing, product and BD to align messaging, launches, and user acquisition efforts, turning the community into an active growth engine for the project.

One of the key outcomes was the creation of a fully custom community platform tailored specifically to Rafa.ai’s needs. We designed and launched it as a central hub for users, contributors, and early adopters, enabling deeper engagement, structured activities, and long-term retention beyond standard social channels.

This role strengthened my ability to build community infrastructure as a product in itself — not just a chat layer, but a scalable system that supports growth, education, and long-term ecosystem development.
