Bastion Battle is a fast-growing game built on the TON platform that offers a Tower Defense experience specifically designed for the Telegram ecosystem. It is one of the first projects of its kind—a fully on-chain, Web3-native Tower Defense game integrated within a messaging platform, blending casual gameplay with crypto-native mechanics.
Due to my involvement, the project achieved 3rd place in a major TON hackathon, attracting significant attention from the entire ecosystem. This momentum enabled us to move quickly; within a short timeframe, I led negotiations and secured a partnership with one of the top publishers in the ecosystem.
Additionally, I initiated and closed several partnerships with other projects within the TON ecosystem. These collaborations allowed us to reach existing audiences, launch joint campaigns, and integrate with complementary products. Consequently, the game experienced strong early traction in a very short period, showing healthy user growth and retention metrics for a product at such an early stage.
I represented Bastion Battle at industry conferences, introduced the project to key players in the ecosystem, and helped position it in front of TON leadership. I also supported our fundraising efforts, engaged in outreach to exchanges, and negotiated with multiple partners and platforms.
This project serves as a strong example of how well-executed products, combined with a compelling narrative, strategic partnerships, and alignment within the ecosystem, can rapidly evolve from a prototype to a recognized flagship in a growing network.
