InvArch is a multichain infrastructure project focused on decentralized account abstraction and on-chain organizational tools. I joined the project at a very early stage and stayed with it from its foundation through TGE and market launch.

During my time at InvArch, I helped grow the community from the first 100 users to more than 40,000 active members. I worked closely with the founders across almost every layer of the project, supporting not only community growth but also business development, ecosystem strategy, and external positioning.

I represented InvArch at industry conferences, built partnerships across multiple ecosystems, and worked directly with partners, KOLs, and infrastructure teams. I designed and launched the project’s NFT collection for the community, as well as planned and executed a community sale that raised over $700,000 for further development.

I guided the community through every phase of the project’s lifecycle — from its earliest days to TGE and product release. I built multiple ambassador programs and designed an ambassador DAO model, turning community members into long-term contributors. I also supported the project in securing ecosystem grants and building relationships with key partners.

This role became a full-cycle journey: from zero to market, from an idea to a living ecosystem, and from a small group of early adopters to a global, structured community with real ownership and impact.
