MonetaToday is a cross-chain payment system focused on building accessible crypto infrastructure for everyday use. During my time with the project, I helped shape its transition into Web3 by designing the full go-to-market and crypto strategy from the ground up.

In parallel with the core product, the team was building a small game on Cosmos — a standalone web project intended to become the flagship experience of the future MonetaToday ecosystem. I helped define how this game would fit into the broader vision, turning it into an entry point for users and a practical showcase of the upcoming ecosystem.

My work included designing the tokenomics model, defining how the token would be embedded into both the product and the game, and shaping the overall economic and engagement mechanics. I worked closely with the product and development teams on balance, progression, and user flows, ensuring the system was understandable, fair, and sustainable. Alongside this, I helped form the initial community of early adopters and players, laying the foundation for future growth.

After completing the core go-to-market and crypto strategy, I transitioned from the core team into an advisory role, continuing to support the project over time with strategic guidance, ecosystem positioning, and product direction as it moved forward.
