In 2018, I co-founded and launched my first bar in Nha Trang, a resort city in Vietnam. What started as a single venue quickly grew into a network of three bars within just three years, with a total team of over 50 people.

As Founder and CEO, I was responsible for the entire business: strategy, operations, finance, marketing, branding, interior design, hiring, and day-to-day decision-making. Like in any early-stage business, I handled everything—from defining the concept and atmosphere to building processes that could scale.

One of my key achievements was building a strong leadership layer. I formed and trained a team of three managers who took full ownership of daily operations, allowing the business to run efficiently and giving me the ability to scale without being trapped in micromanagement. This structure made the network stable, resilient, and ready for growth.

This experience strengthened my ability to build systems from scratch, lead people in high-pressure environments, and turn an idea into a sustainable, multi-location business in a competitive market.
