imloyal.to is a loyalty and growth platform for retail and hospitality, built from my own hands-on experience running bars and working with consumer businesses. Over the years, I saw how powerful it is when customers become more than buyers — when they turn into advocates who help a brand grow through word of mouth, social presence, and real engagement. In practice, this is often the most effective marketing channel a business can have.
The idea behind imloyal.to is simple: give any business an easy way to turn everyday customer actions into measurable growth. Instead of a classic “buy-and-get-points” model, the platform allows businesses to design loyalty programs aligned with real goals — increasing social reach through Instagram or Facebook, improving ratings on Google Maps, driving referrals, encouraging check-ins, or activating in-venue engagement. Guests earn points for meaningful actions and can exchange them for discounts, free items, or special rewards.
The system is frictionless: no apps to download, just a one-click login via Google. Businesses customize tasks and rewards, and staff verify completion in seconds by scanning a guest’s QR code. What used to be passive loyalty becomes an active growth engine.
I lead imloyal.to as an ongoing venture, defining product vision, mechanics, and market direction while developing it in parallel with my main roles. It reflects my belief that loyalty systems should not just reward spending — they should help businesses grow and give customers a reason to participate in that growth.
