My Role
CEO, Founder
Campfire is a modular community platform that allows any project to launch a fully customized hub for its audience in minutes. It replaces rigid quest boards with a flexible, gamified ecosystem where users can track progress, earn badges, compete on leaderboards, learn through interactive content, join events, and stay up to date — all in one place. Each hub becomes the social and operational home base of a project’s community.
Built around a dynamic badge and reward system, Campfire aligns user behavior with real project goals: product adoption, token engagement, education, and growth. Hidden weighting and configurable mechanics allow teams to rebalance incentives at any moment, ensuring that rewards always go to the contributions that matter most at any given time.
With plug-and-play modules such as Dashboard, Badges, Leaderboard, Lucky Tickets, Code Redemption, University, World Map, and News & Events — as well as support for custom modules — Campfire adapts to any strategy. It transforms fragmented community activity into a coordinated, measurable, and scalable engine for long-term engagement and retention.
I lead Campfire as an ongoing venture, defining product vision, system architecture, and strategic direction, while developing it in parallel with my primary roles. It reflects my long-term focus on building “community as product” — not just a chat layer, but a real operating system for modern ecosystems.
